Tak 2 - Zaha Hadid

The work of Peter Eisenman was later more developed by other designers and architect who always tried to create something unique for every project. Although the work of Modern Movement had its own interesting characteristics, in my opinion the work of de-constructivists was always tailored for the particular project commissioned to the architects and designers.

Work by Peter Eisenman

Frank Ghery is a very well-known architect which developed DE constructivist work. His work does not follow any rules. When we look at his work we can notice the different ideas that he produce which some of them are similar and are like a series of designs which embrace similar characteristics in the design of the building. But some of them are different ideas from top to bottom.

An architect who designs stunning buildings and products in today's time is the Iraqi born architect Zaha Hadid. The work of Hadid immensely stands out from other buildings , her buildings are so unique that different countries around the world are commissioning work to Zaha Hadid to design a building for the country to be and icon of the country. It is like countries are building monuments to make their country more popular around the world.

Today the work of such architects such as Zaha Hadid is popular worldwide for their iconic and unique design. One of the tools that we use today and which dominated the world is the internet. In these past years every the majority of the world owns a personal computer. This is an important tool which when used well one can access unlimited amount of information from the comfort of our own home. Personally, as a design student, I discovered the work such as Zaha Hadid's and Frank Ghery via internet in the first years of my studies. By owning my personal computer I later accessed more information about the architects and was able to discover different designer which share similar ideas. When studying history of design I had the opportunity to find the majority of the information that I know today from home by accessing information through internet via my personal computer which was made in production for general public in the 90's developed throughout the 2000's.

Personal Computers

During the latest years the world was suffering from different difficult situation which affected a wide range of different sectors. By entering in an economic recession it was like living part of the great depression again in modern times but instead of just the United States being affected, this was an economic crisis worldwide with several countries gone bankrupt. Countries like America had a huge expenditure during the last decade in war related expenditure but other countries were affected by the same wars as oil prices skyrocketed which made it difficult even for several companies to keep up with the expenditure as they were paying a lot with a minimal profit as the consumer was staying more alert on what to buy.

Global Recession

Situations like this harm the world of design as well as the majority of the people prefer to reuse or by cheaper items from mass produced factories.
